I am a 24-year-old artist from London working primarily in charcoal, graphite and ink. I am drawn to people, place and movement, and to the way environments become tied to memory and emotion. My work sits somewhere between observation and recollection, often beginning with moments that feel familiar, intimate or significant, inviting viewers to recognise and reminisce something of their own memories within the scene.

Portraiture has always been an essential part of my practice; capturing emotion and character in the planes of a face. I began gifting family members with portraits of loved ones, and over time, I’ve expanded to make the same kind of personal work for other people.
